Roll roofing is cheap but a costly mistake when installed on flat roofs! It only has a 7 yr life span and will soon leak when snow and ice melt. We recommend rubber or metal roofing materials when the roof pitch is less than 4/12.

Here is a common mistake that I find. These cinder blocks do not have any support strength in this direction. Holes must go north and south to support load bearing walls.
